KATARINA MULIKOVA
I am self taught in traditional media and illustrating. In my works I use predominantly watercolours, aquarelle and graphic markers though I am open to experimenting and mixing various media.
Some of my illustrations have been published in a collective book of young Slovak authors "Správa o stave mladej ilustrácie" (Report on the Young Illustration) published by Provocation Bureau, 2012. Other illustrations created in collaboration with young Czeck writers appeared in a complilation book "Druhé škrtnutí" from the publishing "Zápalka".
Among my other activities there is craftsmaking. I make handsewn decorations, accessories and custom design plushies.
ABOUT ME
I am currently a student of Graphic Design at UCN Aalborg - Denmark. I am proficient in the Adobe programmes: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. As my main strenghts I consider illustration, focus on detail and researching the background for a new project.
